In a recent report by YouGov, it was found that only 60% of Americans like salads. The value goes further down when we’re looking at people who regularly consume salads (about 17%). This is a very troubling statistics, mainly because of the health benefits of the salads. Most of the millennials do not like salads because these are rather tasteless, but this does not obscure the fact that the salad ingredients contain many essential nutrients for a healthy human body.
